I follow a fantastic Instagram/website/podcast account The Great Women Artists, which I highly recommend. The just posted some of Mary Delany’s stunning botanical decoupage which she called her "paper mosaiks". The are made with arranged finely cut tissue paper. She began creating these late in life, in her 70s. She must have worked vvery studiously as she created 985 of these intricate botanical illustrations.
