I was exploring French textile designs recently on Pinterest and came across some beautiful textiles and textile artworks from Paule Marrot (1902-1987). I’d love to create a botanical textile print at some stage. I find Marrot’s work to be very playful and inspiring. She had a very accomplished career. After Marrot exported her textiles to the USA, Jacqueline Kennedy subsequently designed a living room around Marrot's Les Tulipes cotton print.
